About the Embraer ERJ-135
The ERJ-135 is the shortest member of Embraer's first successful regional jet family, and its military career is mostly as a small VIP and staff transport. Brazil designates it the VC-99, and Argentina, Greece, Belgium and Nigeria have all operated versions.
The related Legacy 600 business jet uses the same airframe, and several of those are in government service too.
It shows up here in small numbers, usually South American, on medium-length government sectors.
